The surface of each board features a textured, intentionally weathered and “dirty” finish, giving it an antique, well-loved appearance. Every detail, from the lettering to the dark border, is hand-painted, while the back is finished in gray for a polished look from every angle.

One of my favorite details is the miniature blue planchette charm suspended from a delicate chain across the front of each board. The dangling planchette adds movement and dimension to the design and completes the spirit-board theme.

Everything is sealed with a glossy protective finish, bringing out the hand-painted details and texture while adding a beautiful shine.
